The fastest way to scope a move is the brief form at /quote — it gives the surveyor enough to come back with the next step. For everything else, email or phone work too.
Channels
We try to keep contact simple: one email address, one direct phone number where one's listed, and a brief form for moves. Whichever you use, we aim to come back promptly during working hours.
contact@mtcinternationalremovals.co.uk — best for written briefs, quotes, supporting paperwork. If you're asking about an existing booked move, include the move reference from your quote in the subject line.
Move brief
Send a structured brief at /quote. The form covers what the surveyor needs to start: pickup and drop-off addresses, target moving date (if known), and any notes about scope. The surveyor will take it from there.
What to expect
- For brief submissions during working hours, a reply promptly — usually the same working day, occasionally early in the following one if the day is full.
- For international quotes, a video or in-person survey scheduled within a few working days of the initial reply.
- Written quote follows the survey — no verbal-only quotes, no on-the-spot pricing pressure.
What we don't do over phone or email
- We don't quote without a survey. Verbal quotes are inaccurate and unfair — to you and to us. The survey takes a short window of time and the quote follows in writing.
- We don't handle visa, residency, or tax advice for international moves. That's for your own legal or financial adviser.
